About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position in Huntersville, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-PN or NCLEX-RN.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer preferred.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).
