Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,905 per week
About the role
The Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on individual needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsibilities include delegation and direction of therapy services, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs for patient reintegration into community activities, and serving as an educator for patients, families, and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans aimed at efficient patient discharge.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical record documentation, adhering to state, federal, and clinic policies.
- Participate in student program mentorship and oversee their educational experience effectively.
- Develop and implement a personalized professional development plan, actively pursuing continuing education.
- Adhere to the State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure in good standing.
- Engage in organizational performance improvement initiatives and contribute to maximizing patient care outcomes.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience is required.
- CPR certification.
- Active and applicable state licensure.

Pay & Schedule
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule follows a 5x8.0 schedule.
