Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,905 per week
About the role
The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans based on the patient’s needs, goals, and physician direction. This role requires the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, with a strong focus on functional treatment programs aimed at facilitating effective returns to community activities.
Responsibilities
- Congduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
- Utilize clinical reasoning to create individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Document medical records in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner.
- Ensure all care is provided under signed, valid physician orders.
- Participate in the student program by offering supervision and completing evaluations.
- Develop individual professional development plans to pursue continuous growth.
- Adhere to the discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintain licensure in good standing.
- Engage in organizational performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
- CPR certification.
- Active and valid licensure for the state where work will be performed.
- Previous assignments with the agency are highly desired.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
