Qualifications
- Current Indiana Physical Therapist License / Certification
- American Heart Association BLS
- 1 to 2 years of recent relevant experience
Contract details
- $1,720 - $1,888 per week*
- 13-week contract with possibility to extend
- Shifts are usually 8 hours, Monday through Friday
