Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a rehabilitation and sports medicine setting.
Requirements
- Valid professional license or registration as required by the state of Arizona.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required.
- Professional references.
