Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,841 per week
About the role
This is a 13-week contract position starting ASAP. Schedule Shift: 5x8.0 hours.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
- Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction.
- Ensure the design of functional treatment programs that allow for effective return to community activities.
- Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, coworkers, and self.
- Participate in student programs, providing supervision and a positive learning environment.
- Maintain an individualized professional development plan and actively pursue continuing education and professional growth opportunities.
- Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Acts and maintain licensure in good standing.
- Engage in organizational performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Active and applicable state licensure as required for practice.
