Job Description & Requirements

Outpatient Physical Therapist Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

  • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
  • Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.
  • Document all care provided in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Provide care under signed and valid physician orders, adhering to insurance approvals.
  • Participate in the student program, offering supervision and evaluations.
  • Work on professional development plans and pursue continuing education.
  • Adhere to state practice acts and maintain professional licensure in good standing.
  • Engage in performance improvement practices and organizational initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School.
  • 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience preferred.
  • Active CPR certification.
  • Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license for the state where work will be performed.
  • Prior experience in orthopedics is required.
