Job Description & Requirements

  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans tailored to the needs and goals of your patients, guided by physician direction.
  • Document medical records accurately and in a timely manner, following established guidelines.
  • Provide patient care within the confines of valid physician orders and applicable insurance coverage.
  • Participate in student programs, offering a positive learning environment through supervision and assessments.
  • Create and actively pursue a professional development plan, engaging in continuing education and professional activities.
  • Maintain compliance with the discipline-specific State Practice Act and uphold professional licensure.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback to enhance patient care delivery.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Active and applicable state license for required practice.
  • Experience in orthopedics is required.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
