Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,841 per week

About the role

The Outpatient Physical Therapist at ARMStaffing will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsibilities include delegating and directing therapy services, ensuring functional treatment programs, educating patients, families, and colleagues, and performing other professional duties related to patient care and program development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Ensure care is provided under valid physician orders and within insurance approvals.
• Participate in student educational programs, providing guidance and evaluation as needed.
• Create and pursue a professional development plan, engaging in continuing education and professional activities.
• Adhere to state practice acts and maintain professional licensure in good standing.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives, providing feedback to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR certification.
• Active state licensure for physical therapy.
• Previous experience with Select Medical is a plus.

Pay & Schedule

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The standard 5x8.0 shift schedule is followed.
