Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,841 per week

About the role

The assignment is a 13-week contract position starting as soon as possible. It involves 36 hours per week, working 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Develop and pursue an individualized professional development plan with clinical management.
• Provide supervision and a conducive learning environment for students as necessary.
• Ensure the design of functional treatment programs that allow for effective returns to community activities.
• Utilize clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans and goals targeted at patient progression towards discharge.
• Complete medical record documentation accurately and timely in compliance with relevant guidelines.
• Adhere to the discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure in good standing.
• Engage in organizational performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR Certification.
• Active and applicable state licensure for physical therapy.

Pay & Schedule

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
