Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,730 per week

About the role

The Physical Therapist will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patients' needs, goals, and physician direction. This role includes the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for those assigned patients, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs for effective community reintegration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans and goals to progress patients towards discharge.
• Complete medical record documentation accurately and timely, compliant with regulations and clinic policies.
• Participate in student program, providing a positive learning environment with proper supervision and evaluations.
• Create individualized professional development plans and pursue continuing education and professional growth.
• Ensure adherence to discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintain licensure in good standing.
• Actively participate in organizational performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR Certification.

Pay & Schedule

The Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
