Focus Staff is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel contract in Shelbyville, KY. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting. Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: 11/30/2026 Shift: 5x8 Days

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 1 Year of Experience
• Valid KY License
• BLSEligible to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current licensure in Kentucky
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling
