Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Los Alamos, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to physical therapy practice.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice in the state of New Mexico.
- Pass a background check.
