About the role
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a Rehabilitation Center setting in Hoover, AL. This 11-week assignment offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by improving patients' mobility, strength, and functional independence.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Alabama Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Pay
$1,877.30 - $1,935.36 per week
Schedule
- 11-week assignment
- Day shift, 8 hours per day, up to 40 hours per week
