Responsibilities

• Assist patients in regaining daily life skills under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Document patient progress
• Support outpatient therapy services
• Provide therapy services
• Support patient recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation during day shifts at outpatient facilities

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active New York State COTA license
• BLS certification
• Experience in outpatient settings (preferred)
• Familiarity with documentation software (preferred)
