Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to help patients regain or improve daily skills
• Work across two outpatient locations
• Document care using Web PT
• Assist patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities
• Help patients achieve functional independence in outpatient settings

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active State License
• BLS Certification (may be required)
• PAM Certification
