Travel Outpatient Occupational Therapist - $2,482 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, located in Wheaton, Minnesota. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as necessary.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist in the state of Minnesota.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using rehabilitation equipment and technology.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
