About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting on August 24, 2026, in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
- Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant License.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
- Current CPR certification.
