American Traveler is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a position in San Jose, California. The assignment covers the Salinas/Watsonville territory, with a start date of October 5, 2026, a duration of 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, day shift (5×8‑hour shifts, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM), and employment type is travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes within an assigned territory.
• System groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time.
• Maintain timely communication and documentation.
• Use facility‑provided documentation tools (must be returned after assignment).
• Adhere to business casual attire or scrubs as appropriate.
• Visit up to 6 patients per day with a 1:1 patient ratio, targeting 30 productivity points standard.
• Perform weekend work as needed; no on‑call requirements.

Requirements

• Current California OT license (if applicable).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience.
• OASIS experience.
• Own reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel up to a 50+ mile radius occasionally.
• Not eligible for first‑time travelers.

Pay
