About the role
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Assess referred patients for rehabilitation services, including medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions.
- Administer a treatment program with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance.
- Develop a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Achieve and evaluate care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited school.
- Held a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and passed the NBCOT exam.
- Minimum one year of professional working experience as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or in the process of obtaining one.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
