Travel Orthopedic Surgery RN - $1,941 per week

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Gallatin, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to the orthopedic, post-operative, and medical-surgical populations. This position involves working within a collaborative environment to ensure positive patient outcomes. Start date: 09/21/2026. Assignment duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within the assigned department.
• Support patients in their recovery from surgical procedures and manage post-operative care.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond effectively to changes in status.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and post-discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements

Current RN license to practice in Tennessee. 1+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.

Qualifications

Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH.

Schedule

Shift: 12 hours, nights (19:00 - 07:00). Open to 48 hours Guaranteed and Weekend Block Scheduling. 36 hours per week.
