About the role
Aequor Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements
- At least two proven years experience as an RN
- Current licensure to practice as an RN in North Carolina
- BLS certification required
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN license in North Carolina
- BLS certification

Pay
