Role: Operating Room (OR) Tech responsible for preparing sterile supplies and instruments, maintaining a sterile field, and assisting surgeons during procedures. Responsibilities: Ensure all surgical tools are sterile and ready, support surgeons by providing supplies, and uphold sterile protocols throughout surgeries. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; related experience or graduation from an ORT program.Minimum of 1 year OR Tech experience, with proficiency in scrubbing minor and major surgeries across various specialties such as GYN, General, Plastics, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, and Urology.Current BLS (AHA) certification required and must be maintained. Skills & Attributes: Knowledge of sterile technique, surgical procedures, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills are essential.
