The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in surgical nursing and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills. Key Responsibilities Provide quality patient care in the Operating Room environment. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the surgical area. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor and assess patient conditions pre-, intra-, and post-operatively. Maintain a sterile field and adhere to safety protocols. Participate in on-call duties as required. Schedule The position requires a commitment to a 4x10 hour schedule, with evening shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional on-call duties will be required, including weekend calls every sixth weekend. Qualifications Must possess a valid Massachusetts RN license. Current BLS certification is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Operating Room setting is required. Experience in a travel capacity is preferred. Location This position is located in the Boston, MA area.
