About the Role
Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Selma, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Provide operating room nursing care during 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm
- Participate in on-call rotation: 7 days per month including one weekend per month; call shifts run from 3:00pm–6:30am, spread throughout the month
Requirements
- 4 years recent OR RN experience in a hospital setting
- No local candidates within 60 miles
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (must be AHA)
Preferred Qualifications
- Facility OR specialties: Endoscopy, Orthopedic, General required
- ENT and GYN experience preferred
Assignment Details
- Start Date: October 5, 2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8-hour days, Monday–Friday (6:30am–3:00pm)
