About the role

As a travel RN in the Operating Room at a hospital in Silver City, New Mexico, you will deliver surgical care in a facility serving as the medical hub for Southwest New Mexico. Responsibilities include assisting with surgical procedures, monitoring patients, and collaborating with surgeons and anesthesia providers in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Active New Mexico or multi‑state RN license
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 2 years of acute care or surgical nursing experience (preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Pay

Pay rate: $2,524.00 – $2,654.00 per week (based on 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Duration: 13 weeks. Hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12‑hour nights (available shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours).
