About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Operating Room position in Albany, New York. The role requires RN licensure with specialty experience in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular care. Start date is ASAP, duration 13 weeks, 40 hours per week on 10‑hour day shifts (7 A – 5:30 P) with possible on‑call requirements. Employment type is travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions
• Conduct assessments and manage patient treatment plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Strong experience in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar acute care setting preferred
