Requirements

• Current resume
• Current, unrestricted state licensure
• Minimum one (1) year of recent acute care experience in the Operating Room
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
• Two current clinical references
• Physical examination (within 12 months)
• TB skin test (within 12 months)
• Titers – MMR, Hep B, Varicella
• Respiratory fit test (within 12 months)
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
• Ability to pass pre‑employment background check and urine drug screening

Pay

Estimated total gross weekly pay: $2,508.00
Estimated taxable gross weekly pay: $1,324.30
Estimated non‑taxable gross weekly pay: $1,183.70
Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
