Travel OR RN - $2,358 per week

About the role

Travel nurse RN position in the Operating Room at a facility in Bridgeport, West Virginia. Start date: October 26, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week (12‑hour day shifts). Employment type: travel.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate various surgical procedures across multiple specialties, including General, Orthopedic, Neurological, ENT, and Vascular.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with ACLS guidelines related to modern sedation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff members within the operating room setting.

Requirements

• Valid and unexpired Driver's License (50‑mile radius rule applies).
• BLS Certification required.
• ACLS certification required for all nursing staff.
• Experience in all areas of the OR required; candidates will be cross‑trained to Endoscopy.

Skills

• Familiarity with Baxter pumps and the DaVinci Robot is a significant advantage.

Schedule

• 12‑hour day shifts, weekends as scheduled.
• Call: one weeknight every four weeks from 7 PM to 7 AM.
• One weekend shift call on either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, up to 24 hours per 3‑month contract.
