Travel OR RN - $2,294 per week

About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, at a hospital in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
• Assist with preoperative and postoperative care
• Manage sterile field and equipment
• Communicate effectively with surgical team members
• Maintain aseptic technique and infection control protocols

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in OR - Operating Room
• Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS)
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
• Valid Driver's License
• Background and drug screen

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent experience in area of specialty listed on job
• Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS)
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice

• Background and drug screen

Skills

• Effective communication skills

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
