About the role
Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Operate in multiple surgical specialties including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neuro/Spine, ENT, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Trauma, Robotics (Da Vinci & ROSA), Podiatry, Hand Surgery, Sports Medicine, Pediatric Dentistry, and Emergency Medicine.
- Experience in Orthopedic OR is required.
- Must have experience passing robotic arms in and out.
- Experienced in evening/night shift operations.
- Must be able to respond to calls within 30 minutes.
- May float to Outpatient Surgery.
- Participate in charge and staffing functions.
- Attend weekly orientation for 1 week.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of recent OR experience.
- 2-3 previous travel assignments.
- Orthopedic OR experience required.
- Epic experience required.
- Robotics experience required (must be experienced passing robotic arms).
- Evening/night shift travelers must be experienced across all OR specialties.
- RN scrubbing experience is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
- BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred.
- Experience in General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neuro/Spine, ENT, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Trauma, Robotics (Da Vinci & ROSA), Podiatry, Hand Surgery, Sports Medicine, Pediatric Dentistry, and Emergency Medicine.
- Experience in evening/night shift operations.

- Completion of weekly orientation for 1 week.
