Experience and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience circulating in all surgical areas, including understanding of various cases from craniotomies to laparoscopic cases including endovascular (except CV Surgery).
• Epic experience within the last 12 months required and must be detailed on profile, with an Epic competency exam required.
• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred.

Certifications and Licenses

• Current AHA BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• Active compact or TN license required at time of submission.

Skills

• Experience with endo, neuro, and robotics required.
• Skills in various procedures such as abdominal/vaginal hysterectomy, arthroscopy, bronchoscopy, and robotic surgeries in different specialties.

Additional Requirements

• Two supervisory references are required at the time of submission.
• Covid-19 and flu vaccines are required, with medical/religious exemptions considered only for the Covid-19 vaccine.
• All RTO (Requested Time Off) must be disclosed at the time of submission, with no additional RTO approved after submission.
• Compliance with policies, including floating and clean-shaven fit testing protocols, is necessary.
