Job Description
Registered Nurse – Perioperative Nurse - Operating Room - Travel - (OR RN). StartDate: ASAP. Available Shifts: 8 hours, days. Travel RN-OR jobs let you work in a dynamic operating room environment, supporting surgical teams and ensuring patient safety throughout procedures. As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will prepare the OR, assist with surgical instruments, monitor patients, and maintain strict aseptic technique. This is a Level 1 Trauma Center Teaching Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures
- Assist surgical teams with instruments during procedures
- Monitor patients throughout surgical interventions
- Maintain strict aseptic technique in the OR environment
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (Compact Accepted)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- At least 1-2 years of recent operating room nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA (Copy Needed)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- SSN Required
- DOB Required
- 1 Reference in entire work history
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- CNOR certification
- Experience with Meditech

Pay
Pay Rate: $2190.00 - $2302.00 per week. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
8 hours per shift, day shifts. Duration: 13 weeks. 40 hours per week.
