About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Atlanta, Georgia. The Registered Nurse in the Operating Room will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The role requires expertise in neuro and vascular procedures as well as a commitment to upholding the highest standards of care in a Level 1 trauma setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient needs before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient safety and care.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of surgical instruments and techniques specific to neuro and vascular surgeries.
• Ensure proper documentation and data management using electronic platforms.

Schedule

• Duration: 13-week contract.
• Night shift, 12 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week (36 hours per week).
• Must be available for call, weekends, and holidays.
• No block scheduling.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
• Experience in a Level 1 trauma center.
• High rating on skills checklist, specifically in neuro and vascular surgery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Workday, and Shift Wizard.
• Must have electronic devices to access necessary applications.
