The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and be able to float among various specialties while providing excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients across multiple specialties. Participate in patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Participate in call duty, with opportunities to self-assign call dates. Work Schedule The schedule consists of a 4-day workweek from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM. Clinicians will have the opportunity to choose their own call dates, with 24-40 hours of call in a 4-week scheduling period. Call shifts will be assigned in a randomized order. Qualifications Active RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact). BLS certification (Basic Life Support) or ARC-BLS (American Red Cross Basic Life Support). Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
