Responsibilities

• Consult with health care team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Utilize machines that measure a patient’s heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram information.
• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications; report adverse reactions to medications in accordance with policies.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examination and treatment of patients.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team member.
• Monitor specialized equipment used on patients and interpret electronic displays.

Schedule

3 shifts of 12 hours on days.
