Position: Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities Provide specialized care to patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments in a stepdown unit.Ensure high-quality patient care and contribute to positive patient outcomes.Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and interventions.
