Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety protocols
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in progressive or stepdown care
- Certifications: ACLS, NIH Stroke, PALS, Pharmacology A, Core Mandatory Part 2 (Nursing)
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
