Responsibilities MedSurg RNs provide bedside care for diverse patients and develop individualized care plans through thorough assessments. They prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments. Key duties include: Preparing, administering, and documenting prescribed medicationsMonitoring patients for adverse symptoms and initiating appropriate actionsChanging dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs as needed Qualifications & Skills Candidates should have relevant nursing qualifications, clinical experience in MedSurg settings, and strong assessment and procedural skills.
