Travel or Local MedSurg RN Job

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for diverse patients and develop individualized care plans through thorough assessments.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
• Monitor patients for adverse symptoms and initiate appropriate actions.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant nursing qualifications and clinical experience in MedSurg settings.
• Strong assessment and procedural skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to respond swiftly to patient needs.
