Travel or Local MedSurg RN Job

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for a diverse patient population
• Perform individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
• Monitor patients and initiate alternative actions for adverse symptoms
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare teams
• Experience in MedSurg nursing is preferred
