About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN First Assist for a 13-week assignment in Clackamas, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide First Assist services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Assist with surgical procedures as directed by the surgeon.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Oregon.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in First Assist or similar role preferred.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay
The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
