Travel OR First Assist RN - $1,730 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN First Assist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide First Assist services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Assist with surgical procedures as directed by the surgeon.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Georgia.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in First Assist or similar role preferred.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
