About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient care
- Ensure sterile technique and maintain aseptic conditions
- Communicate effectively with surgical teams and patients
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in operating room setting preferred
- Knowledge of surgical techniques and patient care protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Current BLS certification required

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
