Travel Operator Telecom Construction Equipment

Responsibilities

• Attend new site Job Safety Analysis
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Dig pits, trenches, or potholes as directed by job plan
• Set up and clean up job sites
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from trucks
• Establish safety perimeters
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Valid state driver’s license (non-provisional) with acceptable driving record
• Experience with drill setup and design processes (preferred)

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations, operate vehicles and heavy machinery, perform tasks with arms above shoulder level, use fine hand motions, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift over 55 pounds
• Occasionally: work in confined spaces, use ladders, and operate keyboards/mice
