Travel Operations Intern

Explera Vacations is offering an in-house Travel Operations Internship in Surat. Learn how real journeys are built—quoting, booking, visa coordination, and traveler support—inside Surat’s IATA-certified travel house.

What you’ll do

• Assist consultants with itinerary research, quotes, and booking confirmations
• Shadow the visa and flights desks to learn each step of a file
• Help maintain destination and hotel content
• Support traveler communication before and during trips

Requirements & Skills

• Curiosity about travel
• Good communication skills
• Basic spreadsheet proficiency
• Reliability
• Pursuing or completed graduation—tourism/hospitality stream preferred, any stream welcome

Schedule
