Hallford Travels is adding a Travel Operations Analyst whose work will make decision-ready analysis easier to trust across personalized leisure vacations, cruises, all-inclusive stays, itineraries, suppliers, and traveler support. The role focuses on travel operations analytical review within leisure travel operations, ensuring every handoff shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.
Responsibilities
- Review the Travel Operations Analyst workflow by helping the team validate source data before analysis.
- Maintain the workflow by building reports around clearly defined metrics.
- Track the workflow by investigating anomalies instead of masking them.
- Own the workflow by documenting calculations and assumptions.
- Coordinate the workflow by translating findings into practical next actions.
Skills
- Use Insights Development and Leisure Travel Operations confidently in analytical review.
- Apply Business Analysis while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
- Document decisions clearly so teammates can follow the reasoning.
- Exercise sound judgment in Process Analysis, especially when escalation is needed.
