Responsibilities
- Track the Travel Operations Analyst workflow by helping the team build reports around clearly defined metrics.
- Own the workflow by investigating anomalies instead of masking them.
- Coordinate the workflow by documenting calculations and assumptions.
- Review the workflow by translating findings into practical next actions.
- Maintain the workflow by validating source data before analysis.
Quality Standard
The role is working well when decision-ready analysis becomes more reliable and repeated failure points are surfaced before they affect customers, partners, or teammates.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
