Travel Operating Room Technologist - $1,922 per week

About the Role

Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel CVOR Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Seattle, Washington, starting on 11/16/2026. This role involves working within a dynamic operating room setting, providing essential support to surgical teams.

Responsibilities

• Support various surgical procedures, including Gynecological, Urological, Vascular, Plastic, Orthopedic (total hips/knees), Neurological, Cardiovascular, Thoracic, General (Breast, HPB, Bariatric), Sports Medicine, and Kidneys (including kidney/pancreatic transplants).
• Perform duties associated with scrubbing for a wide range of complex cases.
• Assist with the operation of robotic surgical systems, specifically the DaVinci Xi for Gynecological, Urological, and General surgeries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• BLS Certification.
• Current Washington State license (no pending licenses will be reviewed).
• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.
• Must have cardiac experience.
• One year of scrubbing experience in a surgical setting.

Schedule

• Four 10-hour shifts per week, with variable days from Monday to Friday.
• Start times vary between 6:30 AM, 9:00 AM, or 11:00 AM, consistent for the same week.
• Call requirements: one call per four-week schedule, with weekday call starting at the end of the shift until 7 AM the following day, and weekend call is 24 hours.

Qualifications

Unit/Department specific orientation with HR and OR leadership will be provided.
