About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 20-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Performing surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Assisting with preoperative and postoperative patient care
- Maintaining sterile technique and operating room equipment
- Communicating effectively with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in operating room setting preferred

Pay
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
