Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons.
• Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care of patients.
• Prepare operating rooms for surgery and ensure proper sterilization techniques are used.
• Monitor patient vital signs during surgery and report any changes to the surgical team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in an operating room setting.
• Knowledge of surgical techniques and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.

• Proficiency in operating room equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
